Terrel Transtrum is CEO and Founder of ServiceQuest, an advisory, consulting, and training firm dedicated to finding and sharing the best practices for the direct sales industry. Building on a 25-year foundation with more than 400 of the most respected direct-selling companies in the world, Terrel has worked with hundreds of companies that are passionate about happy distributors and consultants. From computer-based training systems to boardroom advisory support, Terrel loves helping clients achieve their next level of growth. Terrel completed the following degrees: Bachelor of Science in Accounting (BYU), Juris Doctor (University of Idaho), and an LLM (Master of Laws in Taxation, University of Miami).
Craig A. Fleming
President, Direct Selling Global Division
Craig Fleming started his 25-year career in direct selling with The Kirby Vacuum Cleaner Company as a representative working his way up to the corporate office over 12-years to ultimately oversee all sales, training, and development worldwide.
During his career, Craig made executive stops at Fuller Brush, Dorling Kindersley, National Motor Club, Entity Beauty (47-country expansion), and Melaleuca. During his time at Melaleuca, he oversaw all recruiting and training activities culminating in Inc. Magazine’s Top 500 companies while enrolling over 24,000 people monthly.
He left Melaleuca in 1996 to become the Chairman, CEO, and President of Media Arts Group (NYSE), and went on to build the largest art publishing business in the world around artist Thomas Kinkade. His helped establish signature deals with QVC, ShopNBC, and LionsGate.
He has appeared on CBS Television’s 60 Minutes with Morley Safer and was listed in the Top 1% Most-Viewed Profiles on LinkedIn for 2012. He currently oversees ServiceQuest’s global markets based out of Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Brian Mahoney began his 30-year career in direct selling with The Kirby Vacuum Cleaner Company He worked his way up from a sales representative to the Top 1% of all Distributors worldwide recruiting and training thousands of sales representatives in the process.
Mr. Mahoney then joined as an executive with National Motor Club, Rexaire, and Melalueca where he served as a Regional Vice President in charge of the western region. Extending from Texas to Hawaii and during his time with Melaleuca, his region consistently ranked #1 in recruiting and average order size. He left Melaleuca in 1994 to become the Vice President of Sales for Natural World, a startup network marketing company.
In 1996, he joined Media Arts Group Inc (NYSE) as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing he was charged with all Sales, Marketing, Key Accounts and Strategic relationships including Avon, QVC, Hallmark and developing over 5,000 retail locations worldwide. Media Arts Group grew from 47m to over 350m during his time there.
He currently is a Partner in ServiceQuest’s global markets based out of Scottsdale, Arizona
For the past 25 years, Tim has worked in corporate operations for some of direct selling’s best businesses, including both privately-held and publicly-traded. For over half that time, he has served as COO or Vice President, overseeing day-to-day management of corporate operations, including commission processing, distributor support and contact center management, IT and telecommunications, supply chain and distribution, and corporate administration. In addition to his “buck stops with me” style, Tim has extensive experience in preparing, launching, and overseeing expansion to international markets.
Prior to joining ServiceQuest, Tim served as a COO with Seacret Direct LLC, Vitonomy, Asantae Holdings International Inc, and BAZI International Inc. He has also served in management and advisory roles for other private and public companies, including Avidus Management Group, NutriHealth USA; Univera, Inc.; USANA Health Sciences; and Melaleuca, Inc. Tim earned Bachelor’s Degrees in both International Relations and Chinese, as well as his Masters of Business Administration from Brigham Young University.
As a respected advisor to MLM and Party Plan companies, Tim has impacted the lives of executives, staff, and hundreds of thousands of distributors in dozens of companies through training, mentoring, designing, and implementing best practices for direct selling companies. He is currently a Partner in ServiceQuest’s global markets based out of Gilbert, Arizona.
