This success came because Dave developed and implemented training, systems, and tools that his team needed. In addition to his field experience, Dave has spent almost two decades as a strategic adviser to some of the largest companies in direct selling, and has helped to launch over 40 direct selling companies. He understands all business models for direct sales, including the home party business model.
Dave specializes in conducting Growth Assessments to help companies get Unstuck and achieve new levels of sales. He also specializes in creating the ultimate onboarding experience for new distributors, providing systems, tools, and training to help them become successful and profitable as quickly as possible.
