For the past 25 years, Tim has worked in corporate operations for some of direct selling’s best businesses, including both privately-held and publicly-traded. For over half that time, he has served as COO or Vice President, overseeing day-to-day management of corporate operations, including commission processing, distributor support and contact center management, IT and telecommunications, supply chain and distribution, and corporate administration. In addition to his “buck stops with me” style, Tim has extensive experience in preparing, launching, and overseeing expansion to international markets.
Prior to joining ServiceQuest, Tim served as a COO with Seacret Direct LLC, Vitonomy, Asantae Holdings International Inc, and BAZI International Inc. He has also served in management and advisory roles for other private and public companies, including Avidus Management Group, NutriHealth USA; Univera, Inc.; USANA Health Sciences; and Melaleuca, Inc. Tim earned Bachelor’s Degrees in both International Relations and Chinese, as well as his Masters of Business Administration from Brigham Young University.
As a respected advisor to MLM and Party Plan companies, Tim has impacted the lives of executives, staff, and hundreds of thousands of distributors in dozens of companies through training, mentoring, designing, and implementing best practices for direct selling companies. He is currently a Partner in ServiceQuest’s global markets based out of Gilbert, Arizona.
